My open is grayed out

Hi,

I am new to winscp. When I try to open of folder to see the subfolders it starts not responding. Also, when I right click on the file I want the open is grayed out. Ive tried many times. Any idea?

I am running WinSCP version 4.37 in windows xp environment.
