Invalid Access to Memory

I am using Beta 5.07 but this is something that has happened since much earlier as well.

If I sleep or hibernate my computer with WinSCP running, when I resume my PC I get a bouquet of errors most of which are "Invalid Access to Memory"

Sometimes:
1. The errors are recoverable (that is I can keep clicking OK and eventually the program behaves normally)
2. They leave the application in an unstable state
3. They force the application to crash
4. Prevent the app from working normally and the app is unable to quite (forcing me to do a kill process)

I am running Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit
HP Pavillion dv7
Intel Duo Core
4Gb RAM
500 GB Sata HD
(the mother would probably be helpful here but I don't have that)
