Error with specific file name

Hi, I post because I've had a problem trying to edit a file named "Stop !.txt"
I suppose this is due to the file name, because after a ssh and some checks it appears that the file has no problem...
Hope it'll be usefull.

It works fine for me.
What protocol? SCP/SFTP? If SCP, try SFTP.
What is error message?
