Directory in destination system not fully listed.

I'm running WinSCP V4.3.8 (Build 1771) using SFTP between a Windows 7 laptop and a server running RedHat Linux. In one particular directory, not all of the files in the directory are listed. However the files are listed in the attached debug log, and, when synchronzing from the remote to the local system, all of the files in the remote directory are found.
