WinSCP 4.3.8 - Incoming Packet Garbled on Decryption

i'm using Winscp 4.3.8 (build 1771)
when i upload file from my computer to server, after about 300mb, this message is appeared. i have tried to follow an method i search on google, i.e on ssh -> bug -> ignore ssh2 maximum packet size -> on/off, but still can't resolved it. with file <300mb, i can transfer successful.
