Beginner Help

Greetings,

I am fairly new to WinSCP and I am having trouble using the command line version to connect to my schools FTP server.

Assume:

Username 300123456
Password: usingWinSCP
FTP server: studentweb.cencol.ca

I know I have to use the "open" command, but how do I plug all this information to connect to my schools FTP?
