WinSCP 5.0.8 RC deleted local files on moving

WinSCP 5.0.8 RC deleted local files on moving
OS: Windows 7
I used mouse to move file from the current local directory to the up one (..). Instead of moving file it got deleted and placed under Recycle Bin.

Are you able to reproduce this problem?

Yes, mouse drag&drop problem on a local side still exist. Looks similar to https://winscp.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11456 I just able to find missed files in a recycle bin.

Forgot to mention that I use a portable version.

I can confirm this.

When dragging a file from local folder and dropping it into the "..." folder (level up), it goes to the Recycle Bin.

Also, when dragging a file from current local folder to any other local folder, default action is "create shortcut" instead of "move to folder".

I was not able to reproduce neither of the problems.
Can you please write me step be step in much details, what are you doing?
