I use WinSCP to update some database files automatically in the night. This means, a WIN2003 Server running Win SCP gets them from a Linux server which holds the ongoing file versions. But now this Linux server shall be replaced by a WIN 2008 R2 server whitout SSH. Such solutions as mapping a netdrive are forbidden because of security concerns. The transfer is between Intranet and a DMZ. What shall I do? If it is necessary to give one Win Server a SSH, which should I choose?

Yes, you can install SSH server on Windows.
