Winscp wont start

Hi,
I installed winscp version 5.0.9.2578 on windows xp service pack 3.
The installation completed successfully but I am not able to run winscp on my machine. I do not get any error.
when i double click on the exe nothing happens.

Can somebody please help me on this???
