PuTTY can't open key (PPK)

When I select the private key, WinSCP puts quotes around the filename and path. Calling PuTTY with Ctrl-P, WinSCP puts another pair of quotes around it and PuTTY can't open the key file.
Solution is to remove the quotes in the key file setting. WinSCP should not store the quotes or should remove double quotes.
