WinSCP v5.1.0 on Windows 8

When I try to connect to a server using WinSCP 5.1.0 (Build 2625) through the GUI, it goes through the connection process and shows that it has successfully authenticated etc. However, when it is time to open the explorer window to show me the directory structure, the application exits and no error is given.

Is WinSCP supposed to work on Windows 8? Is there a workaround?

I'm sure this is easy to replicate as all you have to do is install the latest version of WinSCP on Windows 8.

WinSCP passed Windows 8 certification, so it work on Windows 8, at least in general.
