Winscp slows down at 95%

Hi guys

Since a while im using WinSCP now to transfer big game files to my ps3, like 10 gigs or so.
Now the problem what i have occurred 2 weeks ago.

When i transfer files to my ps3, the speed is mostly around 90.999 KiB/s.
The problem now is that when i try 2 move a file, the last 5% it slows down to 36.000 B/s!

I dont know how this happend.
Im using a wired connection, laptop to router, router to ps3, all wired.

I hope u guys can help me out..

What protocol are you using?
Does it happen only when you move file or when you copy too?

Where can i find the protocol?
Only occurs when i move a file from my pc to my ps3

You had to select one on the login dialog to connect.
Once connected you can see it on status bar on the bottom of the main window.
