switch tabs on sync-mode

it would be nice if i can switch tabs (i love your new tabs) if i am at the synchronize-mode.

What do you mean by synchronize-mode?

If I synchronize the local and remote folder (CTRL+S; german Translation: "synchronisieren"), i can't click on any menu item. If I could switch the connection, i not have to start a new instance of WinSCP.
