Function key assignment changeable? Or more Windows-like?

Hi - a question: is the function key assignment in WinSCP user-changeable?

E.g. I am used to that practically ALL windows applications I know, do a refresh when pressing F5. When I hit F5 in WinSCP to refresh the remote directory I get some dialog re. the copying of files.

Or F3, which usually triggers a find/search function.

It would be nice, if the user could change such key assignments...
