Out of memory while expanding memory stream

I'm having a problem uploading a 20 Meg plain text file. I'm using version 2.1.0 build 119 and get the error message.

I may have downloaded the file as binary from another server, I'm not sure and am going to check that now.

If I transfer the file as binary I do not appear to get the error message.

This is quite possible as WinSCP loads files transfered in ASCII mode first to memory, where it converts them. And only after that they are saved to file (when downloading) or trasfered (when uploading).
