WinSCP file download errors before completion

Attempts to SCP a file from remote server continues to error or disconnects at 1MB using WinSCP v4.3.9. Older version WinSCP v4.0.3 downloads file to completion. Is there a particular setting to change?

Can you please try using the latest version of WinSCP.
Please attach a log file if that does not help. Log file from working version of WinSCP would help too.

The newer version of WinSCP fails and disconnects. When using the older version, file xfer SCP completes successfully. Same file...same computers.
