Transfer Speed Restriction

Currently transfer rates can be set from 16kbps thru 1024kbp.
A number of lines are lot faster than this so needs further increments to stop the program hogging all bandwidth available.
i.e 20Mbps and 50Mbps lines restrict transfer to to 2, 5, 10, 20Mbps.

You can enter any value you want manually.
