I use t different Internet providers, both supposedly the same speeds, but I get about 6x the speed on my cable connection.

The thing is that I often would like to look at the transfer logs (if they existed) to see how long each file took to copy, average speed, number of retries, etc. If I am copying a folder I'd like to see the same thing, and any of the other features that you think you could add.

Adding a timestamp (corresponding to system time I guess to make it easy to check against other activities on the machine at the same time, for debugging).

Basically any type of logging would be great, especially with pretty gui's and graphics!
