Problem copying files that contain URL encoded characters

File name in source directory included %2F in the filename (e.g. udd%2Fcat.pdf)

Winscp seems to expand this when copying - and then finds that the directory does not exist - causing the copy to fail.

I am using Winscp 5.1.4

Turn off Replace '\:*?' in transfer settings:
