Flash System Tray Icon and/or Task Bar when Queue Empty

I regularly upload a number of files and have to wait for the operation to complete. A simple flash of the task bar or system tray icon when the queue is empty would be really useful as an option.

WinSCP 5.2.x beta displays queue status on the taskbar button:
