Don't know if this should rather be in the feature request board but anyway....

When using Sama, in the 3.x suite, on a machine to wich you transfer files via WinSCP and you have filenames containg special chars (such as ) the filenames needs to be utf-8 encoded in order for Samba to read them correctly. I wonder if there already is such an option (I haven't found any) or if it could be implemented for filenamne to be utf-8 encoded.
