Downloading files across subfolders

I am trying to use WinSCP to download files stored in many subfolders in a root folder. I could do it by copying everything, yet it's a lot of data and I only need those files which name contains a specific string. Is there a way to automatically select files across subfolders? Thank you kindly for all answers.:)
