Directory Listing

I am trying to connect using the FTP credentials but I get the following error.

Disconnected from server
Could not retrieve directory listing
OOPS: child died
Error listing directory '/'.

Thank you. Please help...

This looks like a server-side problem.
Can you attach a complete session log file? And possibly another one from any other FTP client?
