Windows 8 Unable to Open Files Directly
When trying to use WinSCP v5.1.5 in the Explorer interface on Windows 8 x64, I cannot double click and have Excel and PDF files open in the correct program. Instead, the internal editor opens with gibberish. I am trying to get files off my university's SFTP server and WinSCP was working correctly on Windows 7 and would open the file correctly when double clicking. I can download the file to my desktop and open it correctly.
