Show all the files and forders ia directory apart from one

Hi!

Thank you very much in advance for helping!
First of all, I'd like to say that I have read the documentation. Several times! But I'm missing something...

I'd like to display all the files and folders in a directory, but one directoriy.
This is what I write in the filter box:
* | bin/.
or
*.* | bin/.

To be honest, I have tried lots of combinations, but I can't make it work.

Any ideas?
