Can't launch winscp

I'm using winscp 5.17, and today the program stopped opening for me. Everytime I try to open it, it says "Invalid access to memory." It has become completely unusable.
Has anyone else had this problem or one like it?

I forgot to mention, but I'm on Windows 7 service pack 1, and I'm using the explorer gui.
