cannot login my server through Tunnel by winscp 5.2.5

WinSCP 5.2.5

Error message:
Invalid access to memory.
Authentication log (see session log for details):
Using username "ipworks".

Authentication failed.

but i could login my server by winscp 5.2.4.....
