Error while connecting through WinSCP .net .dll

I get following error while connecting through .dll. How can I resolve this.

WinSCP.SessionLocalException: WinSCP process terminated with exit code 3 and output "", without responding (response log file C:\Users\rap_batch\AppData\Local\Temp\wscp3424.01517ADF.tmp was not created). This could indicate lack of write permissions to the log folder or problems starting WinSCP itself.
