Sync as a scheduled task

Super program!!
I have been using the "Sync" feature but I have a couple clients that I would like to do 1 of 2 things, Either run it in the background with no indication other than an icon. (Users tend to mess with items in task bar) Or if there is a command line I can just add to a "Scheduled Task" that will fire up the program, allow the directories to sync and then shutdown.
