Copying files to remote side failed.

I am copying MP4s to our FTP.

Everything was working fine for a few days when I successfuly transfered over 40 files.

Then I stopped for the holidays and when I came back - the copying keeps timing out and I keep getting this message:

ERROR " Copying files to remote side failed. Invalid access to memory. "

What I do is select the files on the left column from my computer,
I go to files and click Copy To
select the directory on the FTP

What am I doing wrong??
