Hang Process

Hello
i need help, the problem i have is
when i execute this instruccion
"Exec xp_cmdshell 'E:\ProgramFiles\WinSCP\winscp.com /command "open sftp://xxx:xxx@xxx:22" exit'" in sql the query hangs

but i can open manuality
