Autoresume/Autoignore backgrounded transfers

It would be nice to have an option to autoresume backgrounded transfers instead of needing to confirm it all the time.
This option is preferably set in the copy dialog as a part of the queueing options.

Condition: automation only is if target .filepart filesize is smaller than source.

Another useful option is if target already exists/is complete (not .filepart) and matches source size, then autoignore/abort.
Modification time check should also be optional.

Many standard FTP clients have this functionality.
