Is there anyway to save remote bookmarks with relative path

I access a number of servers where the top level directory name is unique for the server but all the sub directories are the same. Is there a way to create one set of bookmarks for these directories because there are a lot of them that are frequently referenced.

Sure. You just need to type the relative path manually when adding the bookmark.
