Starting WinSCP 5.5.1 from a hyperlink opens in same session

When starting WinSCP 5.5.1 from a hyperlink it opens in the same session window, I can't seem to configure the hyperlink so that it opens the session in a separate (second) window.

eg.

C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP\WinSCP.exe sessionname

C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP\WinSCP.exe sessionname2

The second hyperlink opens over the already started session.
