WinSCP in Web application

Hello,

I am using WINSCP.dll in WEB application.
Is there a way to get to Client's local folders and grab the files from client directory location instead of server where the dll resides?
Since the dll resides on the server, it is opening up Server directories but the need here is to open Client's local folders.

WinSCP (application or .NET assembly) can only access files that the OS system can access. So it's unlikely that you can access client files.
