Yahoo Small Business sftp need to specify SSL/TLS connection

Yahoo supplies these instructions to sftp into their servers to manage hosted sites...

I'm using WinSCP version 5.5.3. I cant find in the software where to specify a SSL/TLS connection type.

And I receive a generic can't connect message from WinSCP.

Is anyone using WinSCP with Yahoo Small Business?

On Login dialog, in File protocol drop down menu, select FTP. Another drop down menu, labeled Encryption appears next to it, where you can select TLS explicit encryption.
