Require confirmation before transferring edited file

Hello,

I FTP into my server, right-click some file > Edit, then make changes to the file and save it. WinSCP transfers the edited file without any confirmation back to the server.

Is there anyway that WinSCP displays a confirmation dialog box before transferring the modified file back to the server.

I was checking documents but couldn't find any information. Any help will be highly appreciated.

There's no option to enable confirmation when saving file from editor.
