How do I get WinSCP to refresh remote dir automatically after the queue has been emptied?

Remote directory should be refreshed once any queued transfer that modifies current directory of remote panel is completed. If this does not work for you, please provide more details. Maybe try simple cases (like transfering one file), maybe you'll be able to find special occurences under which it does not work.
