How to share a configured session(s)

We need to share configured sessions to Windows user profiles across several servers. We notice that sessions are saved within user profile registry setting.

Is there a way to add these sessions to user profiles so that anyone logging onto a particular server can view sessions that are configured and saved?

I'm not sure if I understand the question. As you have writter, the sessions are saved to user profile registry. So it's part of the user profile, right?
