Right click context menu doesn't show choice "New" in local

Hi,

I use the portable version 5.5.5 build 4605, at office.

When I make a right click on a folder under Windows (local), I cannot see the option "New" like I can see under Linux (remote), I only have the choice "Create Directory..." so to create a file, I have to use the "Files menu".
