I downloaded and installed the latest version of WinSCP 5.5.5.
AVG Free told me that the executable was corrupt and contained 'EID_pe_iscorrupted' in user\appdata\local\Microsoft\windows\temporary internet files\low\content.ie5\v10v0v9m\winscp555setup(1).exe
