pass a list of parameters inside a text file

I'm a newbie in winscp scripting. I'm trying to create a script to connect into different servers(a total of 30 servers) and download a file on each of the servers.
the paramaters are a lot if using /parameter, so can winscp receive the parameter inside a textfile or is there any better workaround for this? Thanks

What parameters? Can you show an example?
