Can not download file with suffix .01 from WebDAV srv

I got a 404 Not Found error.

This is actually common. For example with IIS, you can download only a specific set of file types by default. The ".01" not being included.
Try different WebDAV client to verify. If you get different results, please attach a complete session log file.

But Winxp can do this

What does it mean "Winxp"? Do you mean Internet Explorer on Windows XP? I've tried IE on Windows 8 and I get "HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found", just as with WinSCP.

I tested it like create a net hood location.
I can upload or download a file like Explorer.
