Stratus VOS Could not retrieve directory Invalid object

WinSCP Version 5.5.6 (Build 4746)
Does not work on older versions either
Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1
Using FTP
Happens using GUI or .NET Assembly

Error:
Could not retrieve directory listing
/%example#volume>SysAdmin>User_Name/%example#volume>SysAdmin>User_Name/: Invalid object name..

WinSCP does not support your server type. Any chance of getting a test account on your server, so I can try to improve WinSCP to support the server?
