Convert 'Site' to script?

Is there a way to convert a 'site' that works to a script so I can run the transfer with a batch file?

The latest 5.6.x version has Generate URL. You can use it to generate a session URL for a site selected on Login dialog. You can than use that URL with an open command in a script.
