We have a contract with Ability and now are testing transmitting claims with another provider; however, our 835, RSP, 999's, and EFT Files are all coming back through WinSCP. We need to disable WinSCP from picking up our files. How can this be done effectively.

Sorry, but this is pretty vague question.
You probably have some WinSCP script scheduled to pick up the files. But how do we know?
