Are you able to connect with any other WebDAV client? E.g. CyberDuck? Can you attach it's log file?

CarotDAV is ok,but it show a tips ca is expired,and I press the Ignore button.

So,I think maybe the ca is expired,and winscp is failed.

Can you ignore the ca expired?Or show me a tips,than I can press the ignore button too.

That's not the case. You have already set WinSCP to ignore the certificate errors:

Is more verbose logging possible? There's no mention of proxy at all.
