Editing file with Thai letters

I got problem with winscp, as second picture below I write translates to thai but when I save, it still thai language, but I close that page and open it agian it appear as first picture(??????). Do You have any solution for me. please help me

What version of WinSCP are you using?
What protocol?
Are you editing the file in an Internal editor of WinSCP or external editor?
What encoding does the file have? ANSI (874) or UTF-8?
