Though from your video, I can see, that it behaves as if the .js has a drop handler associated on your system.
In such case, you can drop other files to such files and the handler will try to process the dropped file using the file you drop it on.
You should get the same behavior even when dropping a local .js file to another local .js file in Windows Explorer.
It is the same "feature" that allows you to drop a .docx file on winword.exe to open it; or drop any file on .zip archive to add it to the archive.
