Remember starting directory

Just installed 5.7 running Commander interface. With previous version I could specify what directory I wanted to start in each session (/home). Now, WinSCP remembers the directory I was in when I exited my last session and starts the new session in that same directory.

Can not find a configuration setting that will force each session to open in same directory. Was this feature removed?
